Obituary for Kenneth Vary
Kenneth Michael Vary, 48, Rochester, NY passed away August 3, 2020 at his home from health complications.
Born June 8, 1971 in Newark, NY the son of the late Kenneth M. Vary and Katherine Albritton Bolin, he grew up in Williamson, NY and graduated from Williamson High School in 1989.
Growing up he was known as Michael by his family, later in life, his friends knew him as Kenny.
Some of his happiest times as a child were summers spent with his grandparents. Either at Lake Bonaparte or at the family camp in Stillwater. He enjoyed spending time with his extended family during holidays and missed those times as he got older.
After graduation, he worked for several grocery stores in the Rochester area and eventually worked at Clarix in Rochester marketing Adobe products until he became disabled.
Kenny was part of the Off-Monroe Theater Group. During that time, he made many good friends. He enjoyed entertaining at his home and traveling. He and his friends had a lot of fun adventures traveling to Canada and Disney Land in California, just to name a couple.
Kenny is survived by his sister, Victoria Brownell (Bruce Spencer), Chaumont, NY. Two nieces, Christi Villamarin, Colorado Springs, Colorado, Chelsey Patch (Shane Dudley), Adams, NY and a nephew, 1st. Sergeant Steven Langridge, Buffalo, NY. Two great nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Kenny was predeceased by both his parents, his paternal grandparents, Mason and Viola Vary and his maternal grandparents, Donald and Estelee Macagg.
