Barbara Ann Seniuk

On October 18, 2026 at the age of 80, she made her farewell to this world. She is predeceased by her husband John Seniuk; parents John and Mabel Donaldson. Survived by her son, Andrew Seniuk; granddaughters Teagan and Myah Seniuk; sister-in-laws, Joan Donaldson, Shirley Donaldson; as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Anyone who had the privilege of knowing Barbara knows of her beautiful and humble soul. Barbara has always had a dedicated spirit and a selfless heart of gold, and always put others before herself. She gave so much to this world and spent many years up until retirement teaching home hospital students, leaving a lifelong impact on many children who weren't always given a chance to succeed; she gave them that chance. Aside from her work, Barbara traveled with her husband John in their younger years, seeing many parks and landmarks across the country. Barbara found joy in the little things in life. The birds singing, delivering the Daily Bread, a good sudoku puzzle, sitting outside on her swing chair taking in nature, a sweet treat, a meal with her family, a phone call with those who loved her, always reminiscing on life and sharing stories. 

Barbara always said that being a grandma and a mother were the greatest gifts; she was a dedicated grandma, mother, aunt, and wife. She prayed every day and night for everyone that she knew; her faith and her love were unconditional up to the very end. Barbara was an absolute beacon of light and her memory will live forever. At this time, we are focusing on remembering her and navigating this great loss.

Barbara's family will be having a celebration of life in spring. In the meantime, share stories and memories to celebrate Barbara's life and keep her memory alive.
