CHARLOTTE - Passed away peacefully on May 16th 2018 at age 79. Wayne is a retiree from The Gleason Works after 40 years of service. He also served in the US Army. Wayne is survived by his loving wife of 58 years Eileen (Smith) their children Karen, Tim (Sandy), Mike (Christine), Doug and Lori. Their grandsons Jordan, Ethan, Alex and Max. Great grandson, Beau. His brother Vernon "Sonny" (Fay), nieces and nephews. Wayne enjoyed the company of his family and grandchildren. Loved being on the golf course and having a beer with friends and happy watching sports of any kind, especially Green Bay Packers. There will be no prior calling hours. Family will receive friends at the St. Paul Exempt 690 Thomas Ave Saturday May 26th at 2 pm. Please come and share a memory with the family in Wayne's honor.
