Toni P. Mitchell

E. Rochester: Toni passed peacefully October 26, 2023 at 85 years old. She was born in Rochester, a graduate of Monroe High School, a longtime resident of East Rochester and an avid cat lover.

Toni was predeceased by her parents, Moe and Ruth Plaksin. She leaves behind daughters, Kelly (James) Walters, Karen (partner Paul) Mitchell; brother, Peter (Patti) Plaksin; 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; nephews; cousins; and many friends, including several people she knew from working many years at The Village Fair in East Rochester.

We will miss her always.
