Bernice A. Tait

Rochester - Peacefully at home, January 16, 2025 at the age of 89.

Bernice was born January 7, 1936 in Rochester, NY; the daughter of George Francis and Gertrude Ford. She is predeceased by her parents; and siblings, Bette Mae Wilson, Beverly Marletta, and George Everett Francis. Survived by her children, Alana and Kimberly (Mel Daniels) Tait; granddaughter, Amanda; great-granddaughters, Autumn and Arizona; several nieces and nephews; special family friends, Marge, Jinny and Frank; and the love of her life, beloved cat Bella.

Bernice loved tending her garden, hunting for treasure at garage sales and shopping. She will be missed dearly by all who loved her.

There will be no services at this time. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Bernice's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
