Dean B. Harris died on Nov. 17, 2024 at age 64 after facing decades of health challenges from multiple sclerosis and epilepsy.
He is survived by the love of his life and wife, Katie Rulseh, many wonderful friends, and devoted family.
Every one who knew him couldn’t help but admire his positive energy and spirit and his dapper style. He inspired all who had the pleasure of being his friend.
Despite his disabilities, he continued to travel the world with Katie. He wanted to see all he could throughout his life. Of all the countries they were fortunate to visit, Oaxaca, Mexico was his favorite place.
He loved surrounding himself with beauty, enjoying art auctions and galleries, and his love of music never wavered. He and his wife shared the joy of discovering new music. Jazz topped the list.
A gathering to celebrate his life will be held at a future date.
